The founders of Terminus Finalis bring decades of combined experience in web design, video production and editing, appointment scheduling, client follow-up, and small-business operations, as well as more than a decade in the skincare industry.
That experience meant working with - and trying - many different appointment and client-management systems over the years. Too often, we found that these platforms seemed designed as much to market additional services to the business's customers as they were to actually serve the business using them. Features became increasingly complex, customer relationships were pulled into external platforms, and businesses often had less control over their own data and workflows.

Our first application brings together years of real-world appointment-setting, customer follow-up, technology, and service-industry experience to create something we wanted to use ourselves: a straightforward, capable appointment-management system designed first and foremost to serve the business using it.
