Book Visit Now gives you access to ALL application features for up to 10 active clients—free. When you're ready for more, you can upgrade at any time for unlimited clients.

If you later unsubscribe, you can choose up to 10 clients to remain active on the Free Plan. As clients become inactive, they can be replaced by new clients. Your historical business information remains intact: reports continue to include your complete business history and remain available for export, so you don't lose your data.

Our goal is to help your business grow. If you're just getting started or currently serve 10 clients or fewer, you can use the complete Book Visit Now application without paying for features you don't yet need.

If your business grows beyond the Free Plan, you can subscribe at any time to restore unlimited active clients.

You decide when to upgrade. There is no unexpected automatic renewal simply because a trial period ended.

No Online Booking or Website Tools

Book Visit Now was intended from the outset to be a tool that you control. This means your customers will need to contact you. You have complete control of your schedule.

Creating an online portal for appointments would require that some of your data passes through our systems. While this could be built securely, at this time, we have opted not to.

No Payment Processing

While we do create invoices, you will still need another payment processing system such as Square or Stripe. It's your choice. This again would require some of your information being passed to a third party.

Multiple Providers, One User

Book Visit Now is designed as a single-user business management application, not a multi-user or staff-login system.

You can create and manage appointments, schedules, services, and locations for multiple service providers, making it useful for a business owner, manager, receptionist, or other individual who coordinates appointments for more than one person.

However, Book Visit Now does not currently provide separate user accounts, staff logins, permissions, or independent iCloud access for individual providers.

Because Book Visit Now uses your private iCloud account to synchronize business information, devices accessing the same synchronized Book Visit Now data must be signed in to the same Apple Account for iCloud.

This makes Book Visit Now particularly well-suited for independent professionals and businesses where one person manages scheduling for themselves or for multiple service providers.
