These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Book Visit Now application and related services (“Book Visit Now”), provided by Terminus Finalis, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading or using Book Visit Now, you agree to these Terms. Your use of Book Visit Now is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Book Visit Now provides tools for appointment scheduling, client management, business records, reporting, communications, and related business activities.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the App in connection with your business.
You are also responsible for complying with laws and requirements applicable to your business, including those relating to client information, communications, consent, recordkeeping, pricing, taxes, licensing, and other professional or business obligations.
Book Visit Now offers two levels of access:
The primary difference between the Free and Pro Plans is the number of active clients that may be managed.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, and other purchase information are displayed within the App or App Store before purchase. Available plans, pricing, and promotional offers may change from time to time.
For purposes of the Free Plan, an active client is a client currently occupying one of your available active-client slots.
When an appointment is created for a client, that client becomes active and occupies an active-client slot for the applicable 90-day active period. Additional qualifying appointments for that client may extend the active period.
Canceling or deleting an appointment after it has been created does not immediately free the active-client slot or eliminate the applicable active period.
Once a client no longer has qualifying activity within the applicable 90-day period, that client may cease to count toward the Free Plan limit and the slot may become available for another client.
A client who becomes inactive does not have their historical information deleted. Past appointments, sales, services, purchases, and other business records may remain available within Book Visit Now and its reporting features.
The Free Plan permits up to 10 active clients at one time.
Pro subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s applicable subscription, cancellation, renewal, and refund policies.
If your Pro subscription ends and you have more than 10 clients who would otherwise qualify as active, you may be required to choose up to 10 clients to remain active under the Free Plan.
You may select fewer than 10 clients if you wish to leave available active-client slots for future clients.
Ending your Pro subscription does not delete your historical business information. Client history, appointment history, sales information, and other retained business records remain available within the App, and available reporting information may continue to be viewed and exported.
Clients who are not selected to remain active are not deleted from your historical records solely because your Pro subscription ended.
You may subscribe to Pro again to restore access to unlimited active clients.
Book Visit Now may offer introductory periods, trials, promotions, or other special access from time to time.
Any applicable duration, eligibility requirements, pricing, renewal terms, or limitations will be disclosed within the App or App Store. The terms presented at the time you accept an offer or authorize a purchase will govern that transaction.
A paid Pro subscription must be authorized through Apple. Book Visit Now does not independently bill your credit card or maintain a separate Book Visit Now billing account for App Store subscriptions.
You retain ownership of the business, client, appointment, and other information you enter into Book Visit Now.
Book Visit Now is designed to store this information on your Apple devices and, when enabled, synchronize it through your private iCloud account.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not operate a server containing a remotely accessible copy of your Book Visit Now client database.
Certain technical information, such as crash reports, performance information, and diagnostics, may be made available to us through Apple technologies as described in the Book Visit Now Privacy Policy.
Information that you intentionally export, send, or share using another application or service may be processed by the service or recipient you choose.

Some Book Visit Now features depend on services provided by Apple or other third parties, including iCloud, Contacts, Calendar, Messages, Mail, Maps, and similar device services.
We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their availability, performance, synchronization, delivery, or continued compatibility with Book Visit Now.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device, Apple Account, iCloud, backup, security, and permission settings.
Your use of Apple and third-party services is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features from Book Visit Now over time.
We may also modify available plans, client limits, subscription offerings, pricing, or promotional programs in the future, subject to applicable law and Apple requirements.
While we work to provide a reliable application, we do not guarantee that Book Visit Now will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating-system version, or third-party service.
Book Visit Now is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminus Finalis, LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use Book Visit Now, including loss of business, revenue, appointments, client information, communications, or data.
You are responsible for reviewing important business information and maintaining safeguards and backups appropriate for your business.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Book Visit Now and its software, design, branding, documentation, website materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Terminus Finalis, LLC.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Book Visit Now to you.
They also do not give Terminus Finalis, LLC ownership of the business or client information you create or maintain using the App.
Your clients remain your clients, and your business records remain your business records.
We may update these Terms as Book Visit Now, our subscription offerings, our business practices, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be posted on BookVisitNow.com with its effective date.
