Terminus Finalis, LLC does not operate a server, cloud database, web service, or other remote system that receives or stores your Book Visit Now customer database.
Information you enter into Book Visit Now is stored locally on your Apple device. If you enable iCloud synchronization, that information may also be stored and synchronized through your own private Apple iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not receive a copy of that information.
We do not maintain a central database of your customers, appointments, sales, notes, or other business records, and we cannot access them remotely.

Customer and Business Data entered into Book Visit Now is not transmitted to Terminus Finalis, LLC.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not:
There is no Terminus Finalis account server containing a remotely accessible copy of the information you enter into Book Visit Now.
We cannot view your customer database because we do not receive it.
Book Visit Now stores its application data locally on the Apple device on which the application is used.
This means the information you enter into Book Visit Now remains within the application's data storage on your device unless you choose to use an Apple feature to store, synchronize, transfer, or back up that information.
Your device and its contents remain subject to the security, backup, synchronization, and privacy settings that you configure through Apple.
Book Visit Now may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit technologies to allow your Book Visit Now information to synchronize between Apple devices signed into the appropriate iCloud account.
When iCloud synchronization is enabled, information may be transmitted between your device and Apple's iCloud infrastructure for purposes of storage and synchronization.
This synchronization is provided by Apple and is performed via the user's iCloud account.
iCloud synchronization does not send your Book Visit Now customer database to Terminus Finalis, LLC.

Your use of iCloud is also subject to Apple's terms, privacy policies, security practices, and iCloud settings.
When Book Visit Now data is synchronized between your Apple devices through iCloud, the synchronization exists to make your information available across the devices associated with your iCloud environment.
For example, information created on an iPhone may become available on an iPad or Mac through Apple's iCloud synchronization services.
Terminus Finalis, LLC is not an intermediary in that synchronization and does not receive the synchronized customer records.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not sell Customer and Business Data entered into Book Visit Now.
Because Book Visit Now's Customer and Business Data is stored on your device and, when enabled, within your iCloud environment, Terminus Finalis, LLC does not possess a customer database to sell or share.
Book Visit Now does not require access to your customers' personal information for Terminus Finalis, LLC to evaluate the application's technical performance.
Any crash, diagnostic, or performance information described below is separate from the Customer and Business Data you enter into Book Visit Now.
Book Visit Now may use technologies and frameworks provided by Apple, including MetricKit, Apple developer analytics, crash reporting, and related diagnostic technologies, to obtain technical information concerning the performance, reliability, and operation of the application.
Depending on the user's Apple device settings and the information Apple makes available to application developers, Terminus Finalis, LLC may receive technical information such as:
Apple-provided crash, performance, and diagnostic information is separate from Book Visit Now's Customer and Business Data.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not intentionally collect Customer and Business Data through MetricKit, Apple developer analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic tools.
These technical systems are not intended to provide Terminus Finalis, LLC with information such as:
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not use Apple's diagnostic tools as a means of accessing your customer database.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not use Book Visit Now customer information or Apple-provided diagnostic information to track users across applications or websites.
Book Visit Now is designed as a business productivity application, not as a system for collecting or monetizing customer data.
Book Visit Now may provide features that allow you to initiate actions involving information from the application, such as exporting records, generating reports, creating invoices, sending email or text messages, opening mapping applications, or otherwise sharing information using functionality available on your device.
When you intentionally initiate one of these actions, the information involved may be provided to the application, service, recipient, or destination you selected.
For example, information you choose to send through an email, text message, report, file export, or other Apple sharing feature may be processed by the service you choose to use.
These user-initiated actions do not cause the information to be transmitted to Terminus Finalis, LLC.
Your use of another application or service is governed by the privacy practices and terms of that application or service.
Book Visit Now is designed for Apple devices and may rely on Apple technologies for features such as local application storage, iCloud synchronization, diagnostics, operating-system services, and other device functionality.
Information processed by Apple is governed by Apple's applicable privacy policies, terms, security practices, and user settings.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not control Apple's independent processing of information through Apple services.
Because your Book Visit Now Customer and Business Data is maintained on your device and, when enabled, through your iCloud account, you retain direct control over that information through your device and Apple account.

Exporting information using features provided by Book Visit Now
Users can review or change Apple analytics-sharing settings through the Privacy & Security settings on their Apple device.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not maintain a separate server-side customer database that needs to be returned to you or deleted when you stop using Book Visit Now.
Your locally stored information remains subject to the application and device-management actions you take on your Apple device.
Information synchronized through iCloud remains subject to your Apple account, Apple's iCloud functionality, and Apple's applicable data-retention practices.
Contacts that you add while using Book Visit Now will be added to your Apple Contacts app and you retain full control of them. Any appointments that you made using Book Visit Now will stay on your Calendar. You can export any reporting data.
Because Terminus Finalis, LLC does not maintain its own copy of your Customer and Business Data, discontinuing Book Visit Now does not leave a customer database stored on Terminus Finalis servers.
Book Visit Now has been designed to minimize the amount of information Terminus Finalis, LLC receives.
Rather than requiring your customer database to be uploaded to a Terminus Finalis server, Book Visit Now keeps its primary business data within the Apple ecosystem, controlled by your device and iCloud.
This architecture is intended to provide an important privacy separation:
Your business uses Book Visit Now to manage your customers. Terminus Finalis, LLC does not receive your customer list simply because you use our application.
